∎ We are looking for young Professional-Senior Human Resource Officer to join our team in Kaliganj, Gazipur.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Helping to analyze business structures, procedures and processes
∎ Assisting to design and implement a variety of developmental initiatives, action plans, programs and training materials
∎ Assisting to interviewing personnel and skill development initiative
∎ Helping to measure the impact of interventions on staff performance, efficiency, employee retention and job satisfaction
∎ Any other task assigned by management
