Responsibilities & Context:
Oversee recruitment processes and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
Manage employee relations and resolve workplace issues effectively.
Organize and coordinate company events and training sessions.
Promote the company on social media platforms, particularly Facebook.
Utilize video editing skills to create engaging content for internal and external communications.
