Job Purpose:
To support the effective management of Human Resources and Administrative functions of the Workshop and Service Center by ensuring manpower availability, employee relations, compliance with labor laws, administrative services, security, facility management, and smooth day-to-day operations to achieve organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources:
Manage recruitment, selection, onboarding, and employee induction activities.
Prepare and maintain manpower planning and staffing reports.
Monitor attendance, leave management, overtime, and shift scheduling.
Maintain employee personal files and HR records.
Assist in performance management, KPI evaluation, and employee development programs.
Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and counseling.
Ensure compliance with Bangladesh Labour Act, Labour Rules, and company policies.
Coordinate training programs and maintain training records.
Prepare HR reports, MIS, and manpower-related analysis for management.
Prepare Monthly Salary Sheet
Assisting to prepare Final Settlement
Support compensation and benefits administration.
Administration:
Supervise security, housekeeping, transportation, and facility management activities.
Ensure proper maintenance of workshop buildings, utilities, equipment, and office facilities.
Manage vendor contracts and service providers.
Monitor office assets, inventory, and consumable materials.
Coordinate repair and maintenance activities of workshop infrastructure.
Ensure workplace health, safety, fire safety, and environmental compliance.
Liaise with government authorities, local administration, and regulatory bodies when required.
Prepare administrative budgets and control related expenses.
Ensure smooth operation of all administrative support services.
Compliance & Employee Relations:
Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and statutory requirements.
Support disciplinary proceedings, domestic inquiries, and grievance management.
Maintain harmonious employee and worker relations.
Assist during audits, inspections, and compliance assessments.
Coordinate with DIFE, Fire Service, City Corporation, and other regulatory authorities.
