Additional Requirements:
  • Age 30 to 38 years
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

  • Experience in Real estate, Developer, Construction, or large Corporate Organizations will be an added advantage.

  • PGD-HRM in BIM will get preferred.



Responsibilities & Context:

To support the Head of HR & Admin in managing end-to-end human resources and administrative functions, ensuring effective people management, regulatory compliance, employee engagement, and smooth office operations in alignment with organizational policies and business objectives.

Human Resources

1. Recruitment & Staffing

  • Manage manpower planning, recruitment, selection and onboarding.

  • Ensure timely hiring of competent employees against approved vacancies.

  • Maintain recruitment records and talent pool.

2. Training & Development

  • Identify training needs and coordinate training programs.

  • Support employee development, career growth and succession planning.

  • Maintain training records and evaluate effectiveness.

3. Performance Management

  • Implement and monitor KPI/PMS across departments.

  • Coordinate performance appraisal, probation, confirmation and promotion.

  • Identify performance gaps and support improvement plans.

4. Employee Relations & HR Operations

  • Manage employee grievances, discipline and engagement.

  • Ensure proper employee lifecycle documentation and HR records.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labour laws.

  • Support attendance, leave, payroll inputs and HR reporting.

Administration

  • Oversee day-to-day office administration and general office management activities

  • Manage office logistics, stationery, utilities, and vendor coordination

  • Supervise transport, security, housekeeping, and office support staff

  • Maintain records of company assets and ensure proper inventory control

  • Ensure office discipline, safety, and a conducive working environment

  • Coordinate official meetings, events, and corporate programs.
