Responsibilities & Context:

Lead the overall HR, Administration & Compliance function of the factory.

Manage manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding, attendance, leave, employee records and personnel administration.

Ensure accurate and timely payroll, salary, overtime, benefits and statutory payments.

Develop effective HR policies, procedures, SOPs and employee welfare programs.

Ensure compliance with Bangladesh Labour Law and applicable statutory requirements.

Manage employee relations, grievance handling, disciplinary matters and workplace communication.

Develop employee training, performance management and career development systems.

Ensure strong Health & Safety, Fire Safety, Environmental and Workplace Compliance practices.

Coordinate buyer/brand audits, certifications and third-party assessments when required, including preparation, documentation, corrective actions and follow-up.

Conduct regular internal compliance reviews and ensure timely closure of identified gaps.

Maintain proper HR and compliance documentation and records.

Work closely with Management and all factory departments to build a professional, safe, disciplined and positive workplace culture.

The Ideal Candidate

8–12+ years of relevant experience in HR & Compliance, preferably in RMG, textile, packaging, accessories or export-oriented manufacturing.

Strong practical knowledge of HR operations, payroll, labour law and factory compliance.

Experience in managing buyer audits, social compliance and certification requirements will be an advantage.

Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving and people-management skills.

Well organized, proactive and capable of working independently with strong ownership.

Good knowledge of HR systems, documentation and MS Office/HR software.
