We are looking for fluent English speakers who can interact with Foreign customers & clients with minimal communication barrier verbally and all other means of commutation. Management Trainee Officer(MTO) position has ventured in the company to focus on the client`s and vendor`s duties and responsibilities. The position is for achieving the desirable and targeted performance across the duties and responsibilities to meet the clients and vendors satisfaction. It also ensures to increase the portfolio by optimizing the implementation of plans and policies by company.
Primary job responsibility will be to deliver an error free quality product aligned with the process. Determine accountability for specific implementation, and work with production lead to ensure that appropriate resources are assigned to meet the deadlines. Empower for immediate decision making to meet the appropriate solution. End to end customers service Ensure the quality meets the client`s expectations. Reporting monthly KPI performance to the management. Work on a targeted assumption to ensure fluent revenue generation in the team. Have the basic intellectual quality to ensure the job responsibility is acknowledged properly and implemented on the job place. Office Time 7 PM to 4 AM
