Job Responsibilities
Handle customer calls, messages, and inquiries professionally and efficiently.
Resolve customer complaints and concerns promptly while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Engage and persuade potential clients by clearly communicating service benefits and addressing their questions.
Deliver friendly, professional, and customer-focused service at all times.
Manage multiple tasks effectively and perform well under pressure while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
Requirments :
1.Excellent communication skills in English and Bangla.
2.Confident in communicating with clients over phone calls.
3.Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
4.Ability to understand client needs and provide suitable solutions.
5.Good customer handling and relationship-building skills.
6.Minimum educational qualification: Bachelor’s degree.
7.Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service is preferred.
