Customer Relationship Officer (CRO)
Contractual employee to assist online sales management.
Smart and energetic candidates can be trained well to serve customers smartly and ensure a better customer experience, which will increase
customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
Call Center Query Management
Order Collection
Order Confirmation
Invoice Processing for Delivery
Delivery Management
Payment Reconciliation
Resolving customer queries and complaints quickly and efficiently
Building and maintaining relationships with key customers
Answer queries/Message replies through social media accounts.

Expected Salary Range:
TK.20,000 to Tk.23,000
per month.
Required qualifications and experience:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline ✔️Proficiency in spoken English is a must < 1 to 3 years of proven experience in a relevant field
Excellent verbal and written
communication skills in English and Bangla. General computer applications (MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint, social media, etc.).
