Responsibilities & Context:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products and services.
- Receive and respond to customer calls through the hotline.
- Conduct surveys with lost/closed customers and maintain updated records.
- Follow up with the Sales team regarding customer status and updates.
- Prepare call response reports for the Manager and ensure database accuracy.
- Enter, update, and maintain customer information in the iDial system.
- Respond to customer queries received through online and social media platforms on time.
- Ensure a positive customer experience through professional and effective communication.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up activities.
