Responsibilities & Context:
Promote and market the company's travel and tourism services, including air tickets, visa processing and travel packages.
Identify and develop new customers through online and offline marketing activities.
Communicate with prospective customers through phone calls, social media, email and face-to-face meetings.
Provide customers with accurate information about air tickets, visa services, travel packages and other company services.
Follow up with potential customers and convert inquiries into successful sales.
Assist in preparing marketing campaigns, promotional content and social media activities.
Build and maintain good relationships with existing and potential customers.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and customer requirements.
Support the marketing team in achieving monthly sales and business targets.
Maintain customer information, sales records and daily marketing activity reports.
Coordinate with the ticketing, visa and operations teams to ensure smooth customer service.
Attend training sessions and continuously develop knowledge of travel industry products and marketing techniques.
Perform other marketing-related duties assigned by management.
