• Age At least 20 years

• 1–3 years of experience in CRM, customer service, telesales or real estate preferred.

• Excellent communication and follow-up skills.

• Good computer literacy.

• Familiarity with Excel, Google Sheets or CRM software.

• Professional telephone etiquette.

• Organized, patient and target-oriented

• Receive, record and manage all customer leads.

• Contact and qualify new leads promptly.

• Maintain regular follow-up through phone, WhatsApp and other approved channels.

• Understand customer requirements, budget and preferences.

• Schedule and confirm customer site visits.

• Maintain complete customer records and communication history.

• Coordinate between customers and Sales Executives.

• Reactivate old and inactive leads.

• Track every lead through the complete sales funnel.

• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly CRM reports.

• Monitor site-visit and booking conversion.

• Ensure that genuine customer leads are not lost because of inadequate follow-up

• Lead Management Funnel NEW → CONTACTED → QUALIFIED → SITE VISIT → PROPOSAL → NEGOTIATION → BOOKED → COLLECTION
