Responsibilities & Context:
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls to generate leads and drive solar panel sales.
Educate potential clients about the benefits, long-term savings, and features of our solar energy systems.
Provide top-notch customer support by resolving queries, complaints, and assisting clients professionally.
Maintain a daily call log and follow up with interested prospects to close sales deals.
Meet daily/weekly telemarketing and sales targets effectively
