As our primary client base is located in the UK and Europe, candidates must be confident in communicating professionally in English and capable of handling international clients.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

The successful candidate must have:

Must Have Fluent spoken English with strong verbal communication skills.

The ability to communicate professionally and confidently with UK and European clients.

Practical knowledge of AI-assisted tools and the ability to use AI effectively for research, productivity, communication, and day-to-day work.

Strong internet browsing and online research skills, with the ability to find and understand relevant information quickly.

The ability to work under sales pressure, meet targets, and maintain a professional approach with clients.

Excellent punctuality, discipline, and time-management skills.

Respect for the company's chain of command, internal procedures, and reporting structure.

A positive attitude toward learning, teamwork, and taking responsibility.

Most importantly, a genuine interest in building a long-term career with the company.

WORKING HOURS & SHIFT REQUIREMENT

The position requires flexibility to work according to a weekly rota:

3 Days — Night Shift

🕗 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM

3 Days — Evening Shift

🕑 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM

1 Day — Weekly Off

📅 The weekly day off will be assigned according to the company duty rota and may fall on any day of the week.

Candidates must be comfortable working both evening and night shifts as required.

This position is intended for candidates who are serious about building a stable and long-term career in the travel industry.
