Job Summary

The Planning Officer is responsible for preparing and monitoring production plans, coordinating with merchandising, production, sourcing, IE, warehouse, and quality teams to ensure on-time order execution. The role focuses on production scheduling, capacity planning, material availability, shipment planning, and minimizing production delays.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production plans.
• Develop line loading plans based on factory capacity.
• Monitor production progress against approved plans.
• Balance production lines to maximize efficiency.
• Revise production plans when priorities change.
• Review confirmed orders with Merchandising.
• Monitor order status from raw material arrival to shipment.
• Calculate production capacity and factory loading.
• Coordinate material availability with Procurement and Warehouse.
• Monitor WIP and production bottlenecks.
• Coordinate shipment schedules.
• Prepare production, capacity, WIP, shipment and delay reports.
• Coordinate with Production, IE, QA, Warehouse, Commercial and Procurement.
