• Deep knowledge of Bangladesh Labor Law, buyer codes of conduct, excellent leadership, and communication skills.
• Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.

• Lead, prepare, and successfully manage the compliance audits, like, BSCI, Sedex, ICS, HIGG Index, GRS & Buyer CoC etc.

• Ensure full legal compliance throughout human resource management based on Bangladesh Labor Law.

• Identify compliance gaps, conduct internal mock audits, and implement Corrective Action Plans (CAP) to meet buyer requirements.

• Maintain up-to-date documentation, certificates, and registers required for standard compliance and sustainability audits.

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business strategy.

• Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.

• Manage the recruitment and selection process to hire top talent.

• Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.

• Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs, including health, safety, and compliance awareness.

• Nurture a positive, safe, and productive work environment.

• Oversee payroll, attendance, leave management, and employee benefits.
