Responsibilities & Context:

• Lead the complete factory operation with accountability for output, productivity, cost, quality, delivery, safety, and sustainability.

• Continuously improve capacity utilization, manufacturing flow, and overall performance.

• Maximize the value of C3’s automation, robotics, and digital systems.

• Use real-time data and analytics to improve decision-making and performance.

• Work closely with Group Innovation, Digital & AI and Engineering to identify, pilot and scale relevant technologies and new manufacturing practices.

• Build a lean, high-performing, and technologically capable organization.

• Develop people for an increasingly automated environment and create a culture of accountability, curiosity, problem-solving, and continuous improvement

• Deliver consistently against the quality, service, and compliance expectations of global customers.
