Responsibilities & Context
Sales Booking in WFX accounting software.
Sales Reconciliation on monthly basis.
Salary, Wages & other payroll payment related entry in WFX.
Drawing monthly Expenses summary for MIS.
MIS Vs GL Profit reconciliation on monthly basis.
Production consumable/ needle/ spare parts consumption entry monthly.
Gratuity/ Festival bonus/ Director Remuneration entry.
Drawing monthly/ QTR/ Yearly FS (BS, P&L, Equity & CF).
Work with External Auditor with their requirement and comlete the audit.
FDI report quarterly.
Payroll (Management) JV pass in WFX and Reconciliation monthly basis.
FAR (Depreciation calculation and entry in WFX).
Raw materials Consumption calculation and entry in WFX.
Inter company & Clearing A/c reconciliation on monthly basis.
AR Reconciliation.
DN raise & recovery follow up.
Quarterly Interest checking and recovery follow up for the additional interest.
TB review on weekly basis and update the status.
Advance adjustment follow up.
CWIP Capitalization as an when required.
Team monitoring.
Cost control.
Inventory Management.
Monitoring of bill checking.
Any Adhoc task.
