Responsibilities & Context:
• Should be responsible for Create Master Pattern and grading patterns to ensure accurate sample submission and bulk production;
• Prepare pattern as per the requirement given by the buyer through merchandiser and ensure timely delivery of pattern.
• Pattern Correction according to Sample Fit,
• Create and grade patterns to ensure correct samples are submitted to the customer
• Identify and solve any pattern issues in the development stage to eliminate potential issues in bulk production;
• Implement customer grade rules and specs as necessary;
• Experienced in Garber software version 19
• Experienced for woven and knit items tops/bottom and as well.
• Assessment of design sample, fit sample, C/seal, pp samples upon received from the buyer.
