Jeans & Polo Ltd is a reputed garments manufacturing company seeking a highly skilled, experienced, and motivated Pattern Master to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in garment pattern development, grading, and CAD-based pattern-making systems, with practical experience in Lectra Expert System, Gerber, and Winda/Gemini.

Key Responsibilities

·         Develop accurate and production-ready garment patterns according to design specifications.

·         Prepare, modify, and maintain patterns for different styles and garment constructions.

·         Perform precise pattern grading, alterations, and adjustments.

·         Work closely with the Design, Merchandising, IE, Production, and Quality teams.

·         Ensure pattern accuracy, fit, measurements, and production feasibility.

·         Identify and troubleshoot pattern-related issues during sample and bulk production.

·         Prepare and verify marker/marking for efficient fabric utilization.

·         Maintain proper records and revisions of patterns.

·         Ensure compliance with quality standards and production requirements.

·         Keep updated with the latest garment construction techniques, CAD systems, and industry trends.

Required Qualifications & Skills

·         Proven experience as a Pattern Master in a garments manufacturing environment.

·         Strong knowledge of garment construction and pattern development.

·         Excellent proficiency in pattern grading, marking, alterations, and fitting.

·         Hands-on expertise in Lectra Expert System, Gerber, and Winda/Gemini is mandatory.

·         Experience with other garment CAD software will be considered an added advantage.

·         Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.

·         Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

·         Good communication and teamwork skills.
