• Strong knowledge of garment quality standards and inspection procedures.

• Good understanding of AQL, Inline Inspection, End-Line Inspection and Final Inspection.

• Ability to work independently under pressure.

• Must be willing to travel to different factories and production locations.

We are looking for a responsible, honest, experienced and highly motivated QC / Sr. QC to conduct independent and unannounced quality inspections across our factories and garment production units.

The selected candidate will work directly under the Managing Director and will be responsible for conducting surprise inspections, garment quality audits, process inspections and compliance checks. The position requires complete independence, confidentiality and impartiality.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct random and unannounced quality inspections at factories and production units.

• Visit factories suddenly, without prior notice, when instructed by the Managing Director.

• Conduct comprehensive garment quality audits covering production, finishing, packing and related processes.

• Inspect product quality, workmanship, measurements, finishing, defects and quality standards.

• Identify quality deviations, irregularities, negligence and non-compliance.

• Verify whether factory-level QC procedures are being properly followed.

• Conduct special/surprise inspections based on management requirements or complaints.

• Prepare fair, factual and unbiased inspection reports.

• Submit inspection findings directly to the Managing Director.

• Maintain strict confidentiality regarding inspection findings and management instructions.

• Take photographic/documentary evidence where required.

• Follow up on previously identified quality problems and corrective actions.

• Compare actual factory conditions with approved standards, specifications and company policies.

• Immediately report any serious quality issue, intentional negligence, manipulation or irregularity to the MD.

• Maintain proper records of all inspections, findings and corrective actions.

• Perform any other quality-related responsibilities assigned directly by the Managing Director.

Authority & Independence

This position will have an independent inspection responsibility and will not be influenced by factory production or departmental management during an inspection.

The QC / Sr. QC will have the authority, as assigned by the MD, to:

• Conduct surprise factory visits.

• Inspect production and quality-control activities.

• Review relevant quality records and documents.

• Ask responsible personnel for explanations regarding quality issues.

• Collect inspection evidence.

• Submit reports directly to the Managing Director.

Experience

• QC: Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in Garments / Apparel Quality Control.

• Sr. QC: Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience in Garments / Apparel Quality Assurance & Inspection.

• Experience in factory quality audit, inline/end-line inspection and final inspection will be preferred.

• Experience in conducting independent or third-party-style inspections will be an advantage.
