Job Summary:

Responsible for garment costing, including style-wise pre-costing, post-costing, CPM, P&L realization, operational cost monitoring, and process audits to ensure cost accuracy, profitability, and effective cost control.

Job Description / Responsibility:

• Lead the preparation and review of order- wise garment and fabric post- costing, including profitability and variance analysis.

• Prepare style-wise pre-costing based on buyer requirements, product specifications, consumption, and production parameters.

• Conduct post-costing to compare actual costs against estimated costs and identify variances.

• Monitor profit and loss realization for each style/order and ensure targeted profitability.

• Calculate and monitor CPM (Cost Per Minute) and evaluate production efficiency and labor costs.

• Conduct process audits to verify costing accuracy, production processes, consumption, and operational efficiency.

• Analyze cost variances between pre-costing, post-costing, and actual production costs.

• Review changes in production methods, material prices, labor costs, and overheads and assess their financial impact.

• Analyze manufacturing costs, operational trends, and key performance indicators to identify cost-saving opportunities and drive process improvements.

• Prepare regular costing, profitability, variance, and operational cost reports for management.
