• Basic understanding of accounting, inventory control and audit procedures.

• Good numerical and analytical skills with strong attention to detail.

• Working knowledge of MS Excel.

• ERP/Oracle experience will be an added advantage.

• Candidates should be honest, responsible and willing to perform regular physical inventory checks.

We are looking for energetic, detail-oriented professionals to join our Finance Team in the role of Executive – Finance Audit & Controls.

• Conduct regular physical inventory counts and stock verification across stores, warehouses and production-related inventory locations.

• Reconcile physical inventory with ERP/system records and investigate shortages, excesses and variances.

• Perform surprise stock counts and other inventory control checks.

• Review inventory movement, consumption, adjustments, transfers, wastage and supporting documentation.

• Review vouchers, bills, invoices, payments and other financial transactions for accuracy and compliance.

• Verify proper approvals and supporting documents.

• Check procurement and other finance-related transactions.

• Identify discrepancies, unusual transactions and internal control gaps.

• Prepare clear checking/audit observations and follow up on corrective actions.

• Support periodic internal control reviews and physical verification of assets where required.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and financial control procedures.
