• B.Sc. in Textile Engineering, Apparel Manufacturing, Garments Technology, or a relevant discipline.

• Age 26 to 35 years

• 2 years of relevant experience in Garments Printing Production, preferably in a Knit Composite Factory.

• Practical knowledge of printing production processes, machinery, quality standards, and production planning is preferred.

• Strong knowledge of Garments Printing Production.

• Good manpower handling and team supervision skills.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines.

• Sound knowledge of production reporting and MS Office.

• Strong commitment to quality, productivity, and timely delivery.

• Monitor day-to-day production activities of the Garments Printing Section.

• Ensure production targets are achieved as per plan and shipment requirements.

• Supervise and coordinate with printing operators, helpers, and production workers.

• Monitor printing quality, productivity, efficiency, and production wastage.

• Ensure proper execution of printing techniques.

• Coordinate with the Production Planning, Merchandising, Quality, and IE teams for smooth production flow.

• Identify production bottlenecks and take necessary corrective actions.

• Ensure proper utilization of manpower, machines, materials, and other resources.

• Maintain production records, reports, and daily performance updates.

• Ensure compliance with factory safety, quality, and operational standards.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives to increase productivity and reduce production loss.
