Experience:

• 5 to 8 years

• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management
• Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management

Professional certifications in Learning & Development, will be considered an added advantage.

·         Develop and implement Learning & Development strategies and annual learning plans aligned with organizational goals.

·         Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify capability gaps and recommend appropriate learning interventions.

·         Design, coordinate, and evaluate behavioral, leadership, technical, and functional training programs.

·         Develop learning content, training materials, facilitator guides, and digital learning resources to support effective knowledge transfer.

·         Facilitate internal training programs and coordinate external training initiatives with vendors and subject matter experts.

·         Manage the Learning Management System (LMS), training records, learning calendars, and training documentation.

·         Measure training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and post-training evaluations, and recommend continuous improvements.

·         Support leadership development, succession planning, and Individual Development Plan (IDP) implementation through targeted learning initiatives.

·         Collaborate with business leaders and HR Business Partners to identify development priorities and align learning solutions with business needs.

·         Monitor L&D budgets, manage training vendors, and ensure cost-effective utilization of learning resources.

·         Analyze learning data and prepare periodic reports and dashboards on training effectiveness, participation, and learning outcomes.

·         Promote a culture of continuous learning by introducing innovative learning methodologies, knowledge-sharing initiatives, and digital learning solutions.

·         Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging learning technologies to continuously enhance the organization's learning capability.

Perform any other duties assigned by management in line with the objectives of the Learning & Development function.
