Position: HR Executive

• Number of Vacancies: 3

• Employment Type: Full-Time, Work From Office

• Work Days: Monday – Friday

• Work Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Eastern Time)

• Location: House #18/20, Road #10, Nikunja-2, Dhaka

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment: job postings, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding

• Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and leave management

• Support payroll processing in coordination with the finance team

• Handle employee relations, grievances, and day-to-day HR queries

• Ensure compliance with company policies and Bangladesh labor law

• Assist in drafting and updating HR policies, offer letters, and employment contracts

• Coordinate training, performance review cycles, and employee engagement initiatives

• Support HR reporting and documentation for both Alpha Global BPO and ATZ Solution LLC as needed

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field

• 1–3 years of relevant HR experience (Corporate environment preferred)

• Strong knowledge of HR functions, recruitment cycles, and Bangladesh labor regulations

• Excellent communication skills in English

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Ability to work independently during night-shift hours

• Strong interpersonal skills, discretion, and attention to detail
