Experience:
USA Property Preservation/ Maintanance experience is a must.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and maintain professional relationships with U.S. clients and vendors
• Handle client communication via email, calls, and CRM systems
• Coordinate with processing, QC, and vendor management teams
• Track work orders, timelines, and client deliverables
• Resolve clients/vendors issues efficiently while maintaining service quality
• Prepare reports and ensure operational accuracy
Requirements & Qualifications:
• Minimum 2 years of experience is mandatory
• Proven experience in Property Preservation and Property Maintenance
• Bachelor’s degree (minimum requirement)
• Excellent English communication skills (speaking, writing, reading, listening); IELTS is a plus
• Strong organizational, follow-up, and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working night shifts (US hours)
