Role Overview
We are looking for a "full-stack" Google Ads Expert who can handle campaigns from start to finish. Not just tweaking bids, The Candidate should be responsible for the entire advertising lifecycle, from audience research and campaign strategy to ad creation, copywriting, targeting, and continuous optimization. The Candidates primary goal should be to drive high-quality B2B leads (business owners seeking government contracting advisory).
Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Campaign Management: Conceptualize, build, launch, and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Performance Max, Retargeting) aimed at B2B clients.
Audience Creation & Targeting: Identify and target highly specific B2B audiences who are searching for government contracting opportunities, SAM registration, or RFP consulting.
Ad Making & Copywriting: Write compelling ad copy and develop creative assets that resonate with business owners and drive high click-through and conversion rates.
Keyword Strategy: Conduct extensive keyword research, manage negative keyword lists, and identify high-intent, long-tail B2B search terms.
Tracking & Analytics: Ensure all conversion tracking (Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4) is set up perfectly to track lead form submissions, booked calls, and ROI.
Testing & Optimization: Continuously A/B test ad copy, landing pages, and bidding strategies to lower Cost Per Lead (CPL) and increase lead quality.
Experience: Absolute minimum of 2+ years of hands-on, end-to-end Google Ads management experience. A well described portfolio is a must.
B2B Expertise: Proven experience generating leads in the B2B space (consulting, high-ticket services, or advisory niches is a plus).
Comprehensive Skillset: You must know how to do everything in the platform, from crafting the ads themselves to granular audience targeting and advanced bidding strategies.
Data-Driven: Deep understanding of Google Analytics, conversion tracking, and how to read data to make immediate campaign improvements.
Communication: Clear, transparent communication and regular reporting on campaign performance.
Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) Portfolio: While Google Ads is our mandatory focus, candidates with a proven portfolio of successful Meta Ads campaigns will be moved to the front of the line for future omnichannel scaling.
Landing Page Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Ability to advise on or tweak landing pages to improve ad conversion rates.
The interview will be conducted via google meet/zoom. The candidate must bring the portfolio along and it will be a video interview.
