Position: Marketing Manager — Share Sales & Capital Raising

Job Purpose
As part of the business expansion and future development plans of ESNL EVERGREEN AGRO ECO RESORT LIMITED, we are looking for a highly experienced, result-oriented, and well-connected Marketing Manager to lead the company’s share sales, investor acquisition, and capital-raising activities.
The primary objective of this position is to identify potential individual, corporate, and institutional investors, develop strong professional relationships, and contribute directly to the company’s capital growth through successful share sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies for company share sales and capital raising.
- Identify, approach, and develop relationships with potential individual, corporate, and institutional investors.
- Generate potential corporate and institutional clients/investors.
- Establish business relationships with investors and organizations connected to the hotel, resort, agro-based, and related business sectors.
- Build professional networks with various business and professional associations, welfare councils, social organizations, societies, and other institutional groups.
- Professionally present the company’s projects, business plans, investment opportunities, and future prospects to potential investors.
- Build, lead, and manage an effective marketing and share-sales team.
- Achieve assigned share-sales and capital-raising targets within the specified timeframe.
- Maintain strong and long-term relationships with existing and prospective investors.
- Provide regular sales, marketing, investor acquisition, and performance reports to the management.
Educational Qualification
- MBA from a recognized university is preferred.
- Educational qualifications may be relaxed for candidates with strong practical experience and a proven track record in share sales, investor acquisition, or capital raising.
Experience & Special Requirements
- Practical experience in share sales, investor acquisition, fundraising, or capital raising, preferably within a hotel, resort, agro-based company, or related business sector.
- Strong knowledge and experience in acquiring corporate and institutional investors/clients.
- Candidates with established connections with business associations, professional organizations, welfare councils, social organizations, and other institutional networks will receive preference.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, networking, and relationship-management skills.
- Must be target-driven and capable of delivering measurable results.
- Candidates who can join with their own experienced and capable marketing team will be given special preference.
