Candidates who do not have relevant experience in Plastic Toys, Plastic Products, FMCG, Consumer Products or related Sales industry are strongly discouraged from applying.
Responsibilities & Context:
To manage and control Sales activities within the assigned zone.
To develop effective sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
To maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, retailers and key customers.
To onboard new dealers and expand the existing dealers’ network.
To supervise the sales team, allocate targets and monitor individual/team performance.
To conduct regular market visits to assess market demand, competitor activities and pricing.
To ensure product availability and proper distribution across the assigned territory.
To prepare and submit sales reports, market analysis and other required reports to Management.
To coach, motivate and provide necessary guidance to the sales team.
To implement company sales policies, pricing policies and business strategies effectively.
