GreenTown Holdings Limited is expanding its Real Estate Sales & Marketing Team and looking for motivated, energetic, and result-oriented individuals who are passionate about sales, customer communication, and real estate marketing.

Project Location: Kolabagan West, Silo Road, Siddhirganj, Narayanganj

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell the company's Real Estate Projects(Land,Flat & Shop).

• Generate new leads through field marketing and direct customer interaction.

• Identify and approach potential buyers and investors.

• Promote Land Share & Flat Share investment opportunities.

• Arrange and conduct project visits with prospective customers.

• Explain project features, location, payment plans, and investment opportunities clearly.

• Follow up with potential clients and convert leads into successful sales.

• Maintain strong and professional relationships with customers.

• Achieve assigned monthly sales and lead-generation targets.

• Collect market information and provide regular feedback to the Sales & Marketing Team.

• Fixed Allowance: BDT 6,000 – 10,000/month

• Commission: Attractive performance-based commission

• Fixed Monthly Allowance: BDT 6,000 – 10,000 + Attractive Sales Commission
