Relevant certification/course in Meta Marketing, Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing, or a related field will be preferred.

Practical knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Facebook/Instagram marketing.
Good content writing skills, especially sales and marketing content.
Video editing skills.
Good communication and telemarketing skills.
Creative mindset and ability to create engaging social media content.
Basic understanding of digital advertising analytics and campaign optimization.
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
Candidates with practical experience in running Meta Ads will be given preference.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities & Context:
Job Location: 1/1 Shonirakhra, Meghna Tower (7th Floor), Dhaka
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Plan and manage social media marketing activities.
Create, manage, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads.
Develop effective advertising strategies to generate leads and increase sales.
Conduct telemarketing and follow up with potential customers.
Write sales and marketing-related content for social media and promotional campaigns.
Create and edit short-form videos/reels.
Manage social media pages and respond to customer inquiries.
Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports.
Work with the marketing team to achieve sales and business targets.
Stay updated with the latest Meta advertising trends and digital marketing strategies.
