JOB CONTEXT

Credence Housing Limited is looking for creative, detail-oriented and proactive professionals to join its Brand & Marketing team as Manager. The candidate will be responsible for planning, producing and placing print, digital, outdoor and broadcast ads for the company's projects, working with agencies, media houses and internal stakeholders to ensure results-driven advertising.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES  

1.      Plan and execute ad campaigns across print, TV, outdoor, digital and social medias.

2.      Liaise with agencies to finalize ad content as per brand guidelines.

3.      Manage ad budget and negotiate media rates for cost efficiency.

4.      Coordinate design, proofreading and publication of ads and creatives.

5.      Track ad performance and report on reach, cost and ROI.

6.      Align campaigns with Sales on launches and lead generations.

7.      Maintain vendor relationships and process related payments.

8.      Support branding initiatives, events and sponsorships.
