• 2–5 years of relevant experience in content writing, copywriting, scriptwriting or video content

• Strong storytelling and scriptwriting skills

• Ability to create storyboards and structured video narratives

• Experience developing interview questions and testimonial content

• Strong understanding of audience psychology and engaging storytelling

• Excellent command of English and Bangla

• Ability to research, understand and simplify complex topics

• Strong creative thinking with excellent attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Industry Experience

• Experience in any of the following industries will be highly preferred:

• Interior Design | Architecture | Real Estate | Construction | Hospitality

• Candidates with experience specifically in interior/architectural content and scriptwriting will receive preference.

Volumetric Designers is looking for a creative and experienced Video Content Writer & Scriptwriter to develop engaging video content around our interior design and architectural projects.

We are looking for someone who can do more than just write. You should be able to understand a project, identify the story behind it, and turn that story into an engaging video script and storyboard.

Who We’re Looking For

We are not simply looking for someone who can write good captions.

We are looking for someone who can listen to a project briefing and identify:

“What is the story here?”

Then turn that story into a strong concept, engaging script and practical storyboard that the production team can actually shoot.

Location Preference

This is a full-time, on-site position at our Dhaka office.

Candidates living near our office location will be preferred, as the role involves regular collaboration with our project and creative teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Write engaging video scripts for interior design and architectural projects

• Develop creative story angles from project briefings

• Create client testimonial/interview scripts and question flows

• Develop educational, informative and brand-focused video content

• Create storyboards, scene sequences, shot ideas and narration structures

• Turn design concepts, project challenges, execution processes and results into compelling stories

• Write scripts for short-form videos, Reels and longer-form content

• Work closely with the design, project and video production teams

• Research and understand interior design, architecture and related topics to create accurate and engaging content
