∎ Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries received via Messenger, WhatsApp, and paid campaign engagements.
∎ Monitor and address comments and messages on social media platforms, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
∎ Make follow-up phone calls to potential leads, nurturing relationships to convert them into clients.
∎ Maintain ongoing communication with clients throughout project execution, providing updates, coordinating tasks, and delivering exceptional after-sales service.
∎ Accurately record all client interactions, feedback, and relevant details to enhance customer relationship management.
∎ Work Hours: Full-time (6 days a week)
