• 2 to 4 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM)

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Agriculture, Fisheries, Animal Husbandry, or any relevant discipline.

• For highly experienced candidate, educational qualification can be relaxed.

Experience

• 2–4 years of relevant experience in Sales & Marketing will be preferred.

Requirements

• Target-oriented and proactive attitude.

• Willingness to work in the field and travel within the assigned territory.

• Good knowledge of MS Office.

• Motorcycle riding ability with a valid driving license will be an advantage.

Job Responsibilities

• Achieve assigned sales targets within the designated territory.

• Develop and maintain relationships with dealers, distributors, retailers, and customers.

• Develop new customers and expand market coverage.

• Conduct regular market visits and monitor sales activities.

• Collect orders, ensure customer follow-up, and support payment collection.

• Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and pricing.

• Ensure proper product availability and visibility in the assigned territory.

• Prepare regular sales and market visit reports.
