Experience:

Minimum 1 year in Sales & Marketing (FMCG-Foods)

Additional:

• Freshers are welcome to attend for other suitable positions. Candidates must have a minimum CGPA of 3.00 (out of 4.00) in both their graduate and postgraduate degrees from a public university, along with a GPA of 5.00 in both SSC and HSC.

• .Ability to work under pressure.

• Ability to drive motor cycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve sales targets and ensure growth within the assigned territory.

• Maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers and key customers.

• Ensure market coverage, product availability and visibility.

• Monitor competitor activities and provide timely market feedback.

• Execute promotions and campaigns as per company guidelines.

• Maintain sales reports and market visit records.

• Ensure timely collection and compliance with company policies.

Salary: Tk. 40,000 (Gross per month) + TA/DA + Incentives
