Responsibilities & Context:
We are looking for energetic, target-oriented and market-focused Field Officers to strengthen our sales team and expand our distribution network across Bangladesh.
The selected candidates will be responsible for regular market visits, retailer coverage, order collection, sales achievement and channel development in their assigned territory.
Job Location: Anywhere in Bangladesh / Mohammadpur, Mirpur, Badda, Gulshan, Uttara, Old Dhaka, Narayangonj, Mymensingh, Jamalpur, Tangail, Bogra, Gaibandha, Rangpur, Dinajpur, Thakurgaon, Panchagarh, Savar, Manikganj
Job Responsibilities
Regularly visit assigned markets, retailers, dealers and distributors.
Generate sales orders from retailers and channel partners.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with retailers, dealers and distributors.
Ensure regular product availability and market coverage in the assigned territory.
Achieve monthly sales and collection targets.
Introduce and promote company products to retailers and customers.
Monitor competitors’ products, prices, promotions and market activities.
Collect market feedback regarding product demand, pricing, quality and customer requirements.
Follow up on orders, deliveries, payments and customer complaints.
Support distributors/dealers in developing their respective markets.
Prepare daily market visit reports and submit regular sales updates to the supervisor.
Ensure proper execution of company sales policies, promotional activities and market programs.
