• Software: Proficiency in AutoCAD and basic 2D/3D tools.

• 4 to 5 years in interior fit-out or construction supervision.

Volumetric Designer, a leading interior design and construction company in Dhaka, is looking for an experienced Site Engineer to join our team. If you have strong skills in site supervision, interior construction, quality control, material management, and project coordination, we’d like to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise all interior fit-out and construction works, including carpentry, civil, electrical, plumbing, ceiling, flooring, painting, and finishing as per approved design.

• Review architectural, interior, structural, and MEP drawings and ensure accurate site execution as per approved drawings, BOQ, and specifications.

• Ensure quality of materials and workmanship and verify that all works meet approved design and company quality standards.

• Coordinate and supervise contractors, subcontractors, and site workers to ensure smooth workflow, productivity, site discipline, and safety compliance.

• Monitor project progress, materials, manpower, and resources, identify delays or technical issues, and take corrective actions.

• Coordinate with clients, designers, architects, consultants, and management to resolve site-related issues and ensure smooth project execution.

• Prepare and maintain daily/weekly progress reports and site inspection reports, maintain project records, and assist with BOQ, measurements, cost estimation, and budget control.
