- Candidates with relevant professional certifications/training in structural assessment will be preferred.

Experience:
- Practical experience in DEA (Detailed Engineering Assessment).
- Experience in structural assessment of industrial/factory buildings will be highly preferred.
- Experience in steel structure analysis, design, and retrofitting.
- Candidates with experience working with RSC/Accord/Alliance-related structural assessment projects will be preferred.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of structural analysis and design.
- Good understanding of steel and RCC structures.
- Proficiency in relevant structural analysis/design software.
- Ability to prepare professional technical reports and documentation.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to visit project sites when required.
Responsibilities & Context:
Job Location: House: 07, Road: 21/A, Nikunja-2, Khilkhet, Dhaka-1229
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform structural analysis and design of steel and RCC structures.
- Prepare and review structural drawings, design calculations, and technical reports.
- Conduct *Detailed Engineering Assessment (DEA)* of existing industrial/factory structures.
- Assess structural condition and identify strengthening/retrofitting requirements.
- Prepare DEA reports, assessment findings, and retrofit recommendations.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, site teams, and other stakeholders.
- Conduct site inspections and verify existing/as-built structural conditions.
- Ensure designs and assessments comply with applicable codes, standards, and client/consultant requirements.
- Provide technical support during construction and resolve structural issues at site.
