Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, HVAC, piping, fabrication, and installation works.Experience in project planning, scheduling, budgeting, team management, and site supervision.Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office (preferred).

We are looking for a dynamic, proactive, and experienced Project Manager (Mechanical) to lead and oversee our mechanical projects from initiation to completion.

• Project Execution: Plan, execute, and oversee mechanical projects from initiation to completion.

• Management: Manage project scope, timeline, budget, and resources to ensure successful delivery.

• Coordination: Coordinate with clients, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.

• Technical Oversight: Ensure proper installation, commissioning, and performance of mechanical systems (HVAC, piping, industrial machinery, etc.).

• Quality & Safety: Monitor project progress, quality, safety, and compliance with relevant standards and regulations.

• Problem Solving: Solve technical and operational issues and minimize project risks.

• Reporting: Prepare project reports, progress updates, and presentations for stakeholders.

• Leadership: Lead and manage project teams, including engineers, supervisors, and technicians.

• Resource Optimization: Ensure cost control and efficient use of resources.

• Technical Review: Prepare and review technical specifications, drawings, and BOQs.

• Client Relations: Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
