• Good understanding of industrial utility products and engineering applications.

• Working knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, and MS Office (particularly Excel).

• Ability to interpret technical specifications, engineering drawings and client requirements.

• Good communication, presentation, negotiation and interpersonal skills.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving and coordination abilities.

• Ability to work collaboratively with engineering, sales, project and procurement teams.

• Willingness to travel frequently for client meetings, technical assessments and project/site visits.

• Self-motivated, responsible and capable of meeting project deadlines and business

  Design & Application Engineer:

• Knowledge of cooling/heating load calculations, system design, ducting and piping layouts.

• Proficiency in preparing engineering drawings, BOQ/BOM and technical documentation.

• Practical understanding of HVAC, MEP and industrial utility system applications.

  Sales Engineer:

• Strong client relationship management, business development and negotiation skills.

• Experience in technical sales, techno-commercial proposals, quotations and client follow-ups.

• Ability to assess client requirements and communicate suitable technical solutions.

Job Context

We are seeking motivated and technically capable professionals for the positions of Sales Engineer and Design & Application Engineer.

The selected candidates will collaborate with experienced engineering professionals, senior management, suppliers and project teams to deliver reliable engineering solutions, strengthen client relationships and support the company's continued business growth.

Sales Engineer

Business Development & Client Management

• Identify potential industrial and commercial clients and develop new business opportunities.

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.

• Conduct client meetings, site visits and technical discussions to understand project requirements.

• Regularly follow up on enquiries, quotations, proposals and ongoing sales opportunities.

Technical Sales & Solution Development

• Promote industrial utility products, including Chillers, Boilers, Generators, Heat Recovery Systems, VRF, AHU, FCU, Ventilation and related engineering equipment.

• Analyze client requirements and recommend appropriate technical and commercial solutions.

• Perform basic cooling/heating load calculations and assist in equipment selection.

• Present technical specifications and proposed engineering solutions to customers.

Proposals, Quotations & Coordination

• Prepare technical proposals, quotations, tender documents, BOQ-related information and commercial offers.

• Prepare or modify basic drawings using AutoCAD and Revit when required.

• Coordinate with engineering, suppliers, procurement and project teams to ensure accurate technical submissions.

• Support senior management in achieving departmental sales targets and business objectives.

Design & Application Engineer

Engineering Design & Application

• Develop engineering designs and technical calculations for Chiller, Boiler, VRF, Generator, Ventilation and Heat Recovery systems.

• Perform cooling/heating load calculations and assist in equipment sizing, selection and system configuration.

• Prepare engineering layouts, equipment arrangements, ducting and piping drawings.

• Develop and modify technical drawings using AutoCAD and Revit.

Technical Documentation & Cost Estimation

• Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ), Bills of Materials (BOM), technical specifications and preliminary cost estimates.

• Review client drawings, project specifications and engineering requirements.

• Maintain engineering calculations, drawings and technical documentation.

• Assist in preparing technical proposals, equipment schedules, quotations and tender submissions.

Project Coordination & Technical Support

• Coordinate with sales, engineering, suppliers, procurement and project execution teams.

• Conduct project/site visits to assess requirements, verify technical conditions and provide design support.

• Provide technical clarification and engineering assistance during project implementation.

• Support project teams in resolving design-related technical challenges.
