• Specialization or strong experience in Power Electronics, Battery/EV Technology, Solar PV, Energy Storage, Embedded Systems or Control Systems.

• Lead the research, design, development, and localization of Walton Takyon E-bike from concept to mass production.

• Evaluate supplier designs, validate product specifications, conduct performance, reliability, and compliance testing and ensure product quality standards are achieved.

• Analyze field failure data, identify root causes, implement corrective actions and drive continuous product improvement to enhance customer satisfaction.

• Coordinate with SCM, Engineering, Production, Quality, Service, and suppliers to ensure timely product development, cost optimization, and successful project execution.

• Prepare technical documentation, product roadmaps and innovation plans while monitoring emerging technologies, industry trends, and regulatory requirements to strengthen Walton's competitive advantage.
