• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering, Software

• 4 to 6 years

• Age 29 to 36 years

• Strong experience in software application development with hands-on experience in .NET Framework/.NET preferred.

• Experience with Java/Spring Boot, Node.js, or other development technologies is a plus.

• Strong knowledge of SQL Server and PostgreSQL.

• Experience with other databases such as MySQL, MongoDB, Oracle, etc. is a plus.

• Strong understanding of REST API, OOP, software architecture, and database design.

• Proficient in Git and standard software development practices.

• Experience in Campaign Management solutions/platforms will be given preference.

• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, or CI/CD is a plus.

• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of software solutions, applications, and services.

• Take technical ownership of assigned projects and guide the development team.

• Primarily focus on backend development, including API development, system integration, and database solutions.

• Develop scalable, secure, testable, and high-performance applications.

• Design, optimize, and maintain databases and complex queries.

• Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot production issues, and ensure software quality.

• Coordinate with business, QA, DevOps, and other teams for successful project delivery.

• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior and mid-level developers.

• Recommend and implement improvements in application architecture, processes, and technologies.
