নিজ বিভাগের বিভিন্ন বিষয়ে ডাটা অ্যানালাইসিস করা।
কাজের পরিকল্পনা, সময়সীমা ও অগ্রগতি তদারকি করা।
কাজের মান যাচাই ও চূড়ান্ত অনুমোদন প্রদান করা।
টেক টিম ও ম্যানেজমেন্টের সঙ্গে সমন্বয় করা।
সাপ্তাহিক ও মাসিক অগ্রগতি রিপোর্ট তৈরি করা।
প্রকল্পের প্রয়োজনে নতুন কাজের প্রক্রিয়া তৈরি ও উন্নত করা।
