Responsibilities & Context:
Manage, monitor, and maintain the organization's IT infrastructure, systems, networks, servers, and related IT equipment.
Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot LAN/WAN networks, TCP/IP, Static and DHCP IP addressing, DNS, VLAN, and network connectivity.
Configure and maintain Cisco, Mikrotik, and H3C routers and L2/L3 switches.
Install, configure, monitor, and maintain Wi-Fi routers, access points, and other network devices.
Install, configure, monitor, and maintain CCTV cameras, NVR/DVR systems, and surveillance infrastructure.
Administer and maintain Windows Server 2019/2022 and Linux/Red Hat server environments.
Perform server monitoring, user account management, system updates, backup, security, and troubleshooting.
Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues related to desktop computers, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.
Maintain and troubleshoot attendance management systems, ERP systems, software applications, and other IT-related systems.
Provide technical support to employees and resolve day-to-day IT, hardware, software, and network-related issues.
Ensure proper IT security, data backup, access control, antivirus protection, and system availability.
Maintain proper documentation of IT assets, network configurations, server information, and maintenance activities.
Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for IT equipment, networking, CCTV, servers, and other technical services.
Perform any other IT-related duties and responsibilities assigned by the management.
