Key Responsibilities
Assist in the installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of enterprise hardware systems, servers, storage, and related solutions.
Support senior engineers in deploying and maintaining enterprise IT solutions at customer locations.
Learn and provide basic technical support for Windows Server, Linux/RHEL, HP-UX, and other Unix-based operating systems.
Assist in troubleshooting hardware, operating system, storage, and connectivity-related issues.
Provide on-site and remote technical support under the guidance of senior team members.
Communicate professionally with customers and internal teams to understand and resolve technical issues.
Coordinate with senior engineers, internal teams, and overseas technology partners when required.
Maintain proper documentation of technical issues, service activities, and solutions.
Ensure timely response and quality service to achieve high customer satisfaction.
Continuously learn and develop knowledge of enterprise products, technologies, and IT infrastructure.
Be willing to travel to different customer locations across the country when required.
Perform other technical and support-related responsibilities assigned by the management.
