We are looking for a creative and digitally minded Creative Content Executive to develop engaging content for our brands and digital platforms. The role will involve planning, creating, and coordinating visual and written content across social media, websites, and digital marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop creative content ideas and concepts for social media, websites, digital campaigns, and brand communications.

• Create engaging short-form videos, reels, graphics, captions, promotional posts, and other digital content.

• Develop content for platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok.

• Create property walkthroughs, promotional videos, lifestyle content, brand stories, and other marketing materials.

• Write clear and engaging captions, scripts, headlines, and promotional copy based on campaign objectives.

• Research current social media trends, content formats, and audience preferences to develop relevant and engaging content.

• Use modern AI-assisted tools for content ideation, scripting, image generation, video creation, editing, and other creative workflows where appropriate.

• Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to plan and maintain a consistent content calendar.

• Ensure all content follows the company's brand identity, visual standards, tone, and messaging.

• Review content performance and use audience engagement and campaign insights to improve future content.

• Coordinate with relevant teams to collect information, visuals, and other materials required for content production.

• Stay updated with emerging social media trends, creative tools, AI technologies, and digital content best practices.
