Additional Requirements:
  • Age At least 22 years
  • Basic understanding of Cyber Security concept, malware, phishing, brute force, lateral movement, data exfiltration and common attack patterns.

  • Candidate should have practical experience on Cyber Security field.

  • Foundational SIEM experience.

  • Work experience with WAZUH is preferred. 

  • Basic understanding of Windows/Linux events, authentication logs, networking fundamentals (IP/DNS/HTTP).

  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365/Azure sign-in and email security concept is an advantage.

  • Excellent command in written and Spoken English.

  • Self-starter, proactive, and decisive.

  • Ability to thrive in multicultural and multidisciplinary environments.

  • SOC Analyst is a entry-level position responsible for supporting the Group CISO in the preparation of cyber security strategy and will cover a number of roles, including analysts, incident responders and network engineers, who will work together to prevent cyber-attacks and this position requires to work 24/7 in 365 days a year shift. Monitor and analyze internal and external information security threats, and examine logs, events, and alerts generated by multiple platforms.

  • Execution of SOC and standard operating procedures (SOP).

  • Work in 24/7 shift.

  • Monitor SIEM and security tooling queues, review alerts, events and anomalies across endpoints, identity, email and network sources.

  • Perform initial triage: validate alert context, enrich with basic data (user, host, IP, geolocation, asset criticality) and determine severity.

  • Create and maintain incident tickets with complete evidence, timeline and actions taken, ensure accurate categorization and tagging.

  • Execute approved first-response playbooks (e.g. phishing triage, user verification steps, initial containment requests, password reset escalation)

  • Escalate suspected incidents to L2 within defined SLAs

  • Ensure smooth handover with clear notes and supporting artifacts.

  • Supporting SOC reporting by maintaining disciplined ticket hygiene and shift handover notes.

  • Continuously improve alert quality by flagging false positives, missing telemetry or recurring issues to the SOC Lead/SIEM Engineer.
