Ability to manage multiple IT-related tasks and provide timely support to senior management and employees.
Strong leadership, organizational, and documentation skills.
Experience in managing IT vendors, assets, budgets, and infrastructure will be an advantage.
We are looking for a competent, proactive, and experienced IT Manager to oversee our organization’s IT infrastructure, systems, networks, hardware, software, and end-user support operations.
Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive IT support to end users for desktop computers, laptops, printers, scanners, UPS systems, and other IT equipment, including hardware troubleshooting and maintenance.
Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues involving desktops, notebooks, printers, handheld devices, scanners, workstations, monitors, servers, storage systems, and networking equipment, regardless of brand.
Set up, configure, monitor, and maintain LAN, MAN, WAN, routing, network printers, and other network infrastructure.
Configure and troubleshoot Microsoft Outlook, Eudora, Webmail, and other email platforms.
Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, software applications, antivirus programs, and security tools.
Install and configure computer hardware, operating systems, applications, and related IT infrastructure.
Identify hardware faults, perform troubleshooting, and coordinate or carry out replacement of defective components when required.
Monitor and maintain the organization’s computer systems, networks, servers, and IT infrastructure to ensure smooth and uninterrupted operations.
Provide technical assistance to employees and clients, both remotely and in person, and guide users through appropriate troubleshooting procedures.
Create and manage user accounts, profiles, passwords, access permissions, storage, and backup systems.
Conduct regular IT training and awareness sessions for employees across different departments.
Provide direct IT support and assistance to the Managing Director and Departmental Heads for their day-to-day operational requirements.
Prepare and manage the IT budget, maintain hardware and software inventories, and ensure proper documentation of IT assets and systems.
Manage and maintain CCTV camera systems and related equipment.
Maintain and regularly update the organization’s database and office software systems.
Ensure regular server and data backups and maintain appropriate backup records.
Design official tender proposal cover pages, presentations, and other IT/design-related materials as required.
Provide IT support for official projects and organizational activities.
Develop and maintain IT policies, procedures, documentation, and system records.
Provide comprehensive training and technical guidance to employees on IT systems, software, security, and best practices.
Ensure the organization’s IT systems remain secure, reliable, efficient, and up to date.
