We are looking for an AI Automation Specialist who can use modern AI tools and automation platforms to build practical solutions for our business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, test, and maintain AI-powered automation workflows.

• Build business automation using n8n, Make, Zapier, and similar platforms.

• Integrate AI models such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and other LLMs into business workflows.

• Work with REST APIs, webhooks, JSON, and third-party integrations to connect different systems.

• Identify repetitive manual processes and convert them into reliable automated workflows.

• Build AI-assisted workflows, agents, and business process automation.

• Integrate websites, CRM systems, databases, Google Workspace, and other SaaS platforms.

• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize existing automation workflows.

• Research new AI tools and technologies and evaluate their practical business applications.

• Maintain proper documentation for workflows, APIs, integrations, and processes.

• Work closely with management and development teams to understand requirements and deliver automation solutions.

Requirements:

• Practical experience with AI tools and LLMs.

• Hands-on experience with n8n, Make, Zapier, or similar automation platforms.

• Good understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, JSON, and API integrations.

• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Python.

• Basic understanding of databases and SQL.

• Experience using ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar AI platforms.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Ability to research, learn, and implement new AI technologies independently.

• Good English communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience building AI agents or AI-powered workflows.

• Experience with OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google AI APIs.

• Basic knowledge of Git/GitHub.

• Basic cloud/server knowledge.

• Experience integrating CRM, ERP, customer-support, or other business systems.
